Ideas on Accelerating the Development of Digital Economy in the Context of the New Economy—With a Case Study of City C

在新经济推动下,数字经济蓬勃发展,规模日益壮大,对整个社会经济发展影响深远。文章以C市为例,分析了我国数字经济发展的现状,指出我国数字经济发展面临数字产业扶持力度不够、数字产业化的发展基础薄弱、产业融合发展能力有待提升、数字产业人才供给不均衡等挑战,未来应该采取以下措施促进数字经济发展:科学规划数字经济发展的顶层设计,超前规划布局新型智能硬件载体,引进储备数字相关领域专业人才,分层次多类别细分行业领域,突破上行技术创新能力,注重数据安全,等等。

Driven by the new economy,the digital economy is booming and growing,which has a far-reaching impact on the whole social and economic development Taking city C as an example,this paper analyzes the status quo of the development of digital economy in China,and points out that the development of digital economy in China is faced with challenges such as insufficient support for the digital industry,weak foundation of digital industrialization,average ability in industrial integration and unbalanced supply of talents in digital industry.To promote the development of the new economy,we should prepare the top-level design for the new economy scientifically,make planning and arrangements for new intelligent hardware carriers,introduce digital related professionals,further divide the industry by level and category,eliminate the limits over the uplink technology innovation ability,and focus on data security.
