我国养老消费的现状、问题与对策

The Status Quo and Problems of the Elderly Consumption in China and Responses

当前,全球人口老龄化问题不断加剧。我国老年人口基数大,老龄化形势严峻,推进养老服务产业的健康有序发展迫在眉睫。我国养老消费呈现出消费需求不断增加、消费能力加快提升、消费环境加速升级、消费模式日趋多元等良好发展态势,同时也面临着管理机制缺位、专业人才匮乏等问题和发展瓶颈。应完善体制机制,健全可持续发展体系;提升消费环境,构建放心消费体系;优化供需结构,催生高质量业态体系;培育专业人才,完善职业发展体系,推进养老消费提质增效、提档升级。

China has a large population base,limited per capita resources,and a grim aging population situation,which brings a"golden opportunity"to the elderly consumption.The aging population has caused a sharp increase in the elderly-related demand;the rapid economic development has expanded the consumption capacity of the old people;the institutionalized development of the elderly-related industry has optimized the consumption environment;and the diverse demand has increased old-age consumption patterns.However,at the same time,there are also problems such as lack of mechanism,imbalance of environment,ill-matched supply and demand,shortage of talents and so on.The development of China's elderly consumption should focus on the following four areas:improving the mechanism and the sustainable development system;optimizing the environment to build a secure consumption system;expanding supply and demand to create a high-quality business system;and cultivating talents to perfect the career development system.
