基于HPLC法测定纺织品中4种苯并三唑类紫外吸收剂的研究 被引量:1

摘要 苯并三唑类紫外吸收剂在防紫外辐射领域应用广泛,但由于其使用过程中的流失和迁移而导致的环境污染问题也引起了高度重视。建立操作简便,灵敏度高,快速准确的测定方法有助于该类吸收剂的生产、使用和排放的监管和规范。基于高效液相技术,建立了同时检测纺织品中UV-326、UV-327、UV-328和UV-329四种紫外吸收剂的研究方法。研究结果表明:样品经二氯甲烷超声萃取后,采用TCC18柱,C_2H_3N-H_2O体系为流动相梯度洗脱,可在14min内完全分离样品。四种紫外吸收剂的浓度在0.1-10.0mg/L范围内时,吸收剂的质量浓度与色谱峰面积线性良好,线性相关系数(R2)均大于0.9950,当信噪比S/N=3时,检测限为0.0584~0.0643mg/L。本方法简单快速,定量准确,灵敏度高,适用于纺织品中苯并三唑类紫外吸收剂含量的分析检测。 Benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbers are widely used in the field of ultraviolet radiation protection,but environmental pollution caused by their loss and migration has also attracted great attention.The establishment of easy-to-operate,high-sensitivity,fast and accurate detection methods is helpful to the supervision and regulation of the absorbents.Based on the high-performance liquid phase technique,a detection method has been established for the simultaneous detection of UV-326,UV-327,UV-328 and UV-329 in textiles.Using TC-C18 as column and C2H3N-H2O system as the mobile phase of gradient elution,the sample can be completely separated within 14 minutes after was extracted with dichloromethane ultrasonically,.When the concentrations of the four ultraviolet absorbers are in the range of 0.1-10.0 mg/L,the mass concentration of the absorber has a good linearity with the chromatographic peak area,and the linear correlation coefficient(R2)is greater than 0.9950.When the signal-to-noise ratio is 3,the detection limit is 0.0584~0.0643 mg/L.The method is simple,fast,accurate and sensitive,and is suitable for the analysis and detection of the content of benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbers in textiles.
