皮内针缓解跟骨骨折术后疼痛的临床研究

Clinical Study of Intradermal Acupuncture to Relieve Postoperative Pain of Calcaneal Fracture

目的观察皮内针技术对跟骨骨折术后镇痛的疗效。方法选择行跟骨骨折切开复位内固定术的患者57例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组患者给予口服塞来昔布镇痛,治疗组患者在对照组镇痛措施上,同时给予皮内针治疗镇痛,6 d为1个疗程。结果在治疗后3、7 d,治疗组患者视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后第5天和10天,治疗组患者C反应蛋白均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),综合疗效评价显示治疗组患者总有效率为85.19%,明显高于对照组的68.00%(P<0.05),治疗组患者AOFAS评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论皮内针技术对缓解跟骨骨折患者术后疼痛有一定效果。

Objective:To observe the analgesic effect of intradermal acupuncture on calcaneal fracture after operation.Methods:Fifty-seven patients undergoing open reduction and internal fixation for calcaneal fracture were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Patients in the control group were given oral celecoxib for analgesia,while patients in the treatment group were given intradermal acupuncture for analgesia on the basis of the control group.One treatment course was 6 days.Results:On the 3 rd and 7 th day after treatment,the VAS scores of the patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the 5 th and 10 day after treatment,the C-reactive protein in the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The comprehensive efficacy evaluation showed that the total effective rate of patients in the treatment group was 85.19%,which was significantly higher than 68.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The AOFAS scores of patients in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intradermal acupuncture has a certain effect on alleviating the pain of patients after calcaneal fracture surgery.
