“风毒”立论治疗吉兰-巴雷综合征

Differentiation Treatment of Guillain-BarréSyndrome based on“Wind-toxin”Pattern

全国名老中医石志超教授在国内中医界首倡"风毒"致病理论学术观点。石教授指出:风毒虽具有外感六淫风邪之特质,或初有感触,见症不急,稍延则暴烈顽酷,进展迅猛危重,与风邪致病所致的临床表现不符,应是风邪挟毒侵袭,兼易患体质,表里感召,内外合邪,风毒浊淤滞肺,当以"毒"冠之,谓之"风毒"更能准确地反映其病理实质及其病性。吉兰-巴雷综合征因外感而发,传变迅速,病情危重,是风毒袭肺,蕴结胶固难解,戕害二天,或还入心肺,以致病情危殆。其发病与整个病理过程暗合石师的"风毒"学说,且无论标本,唯风毒贯彻始终。感于此并验于临床,笔者以"风毒"立论治疗吉兰-巴雷综合征,以期发煌、充实老师的这一重要学术观点,举一隅之见,翼能给本病治疗提供更多的临床辨证思路。

Professor Shi Zhichao,national famous traditional Chinese medicine expert,first advocated the academic viewpoints of"wind-toxin"pathogenicity in the Chinese medical field.He pointed out that although wind toxin had the characteristics of exogenous disease by six climatic exopathogens,or had feelings at first but the symptoms were not urgent.However,if it was delayed,it would be violent and crucial,and progressed rapidly and severely,which was inconsistent with the clinical manifestations caused by wind evils.It was the invasion of wind evil with toxin;for those with predispositions,the external and internal induction,internal and external combination of evil,made the wind toxin stagnated in the lungs.This should be defined as"toxin",and"wind toxin"could more accurately reflect its pathological essence.Guillain-Barre syndrome develops due to exogenous infections,spreads rapidly,and then in a critical condition.In this disease,wind-toxin attacks the lungs,and it is hard to solve the accumulation of glue.The onset and the whole pathological process coincide with Professor Shi’s theory of"wind-toxin",and regardless of the symptoms and root causes,only wind-toxin is active.Inspired by this theory and proved it in the clinic,the authors use the"wind-toxin"theory to treat Guillain-Barre syndrome,hoping to illuminate and enrich Professor Shi’s important academic point of view and provide better clinical differentiation ideas and treatment for this disease.
