穴位埋线治疗中风后上臂屈肌痉挛的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy for Upper Arm Flexor Spasm after Strokes

目的观察穴位埋线治疗中风后上臂屈肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月在重庆市中医院针灸科病区治疗的患者62例,随机分为对照组与治疗组各31例。在西医内科治疗及常规康复治疗的基础上,对照组予以口服巴氯芬片治疗,治疗组予以穴位埋线治疗。观察两组患者上臂屈肌痉挛的恢复情况。结果治疗4周后两组的改良Ashworth评估表(MAS)、上肢简化Fugl-Meyer评分表(FMA)、改良爱丁堡-斯堪的纳维亚评分(MESSS)较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组在上肢FMA、MESSS评分上较对照组改善更显著(P<0.05),在改良Ashworth评估表(MAS)上两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论穴位埋线治疗和巴氯芬均可以缓解中风后上臂屈肌痉挛,穴位埋线与巴氯芬治疗效果无明显差异。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on upper arm flexor spasm after strokes.Methods:A total of 62 patients in the Acupuncture Department of Chongqing Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,31 cases in each group.On the basis of western medicine internal medicine treatment and conventional rehabilitation treatment,the control group was given oral baclofen tablets,and the treatment group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding therapy.The recovery of upper arm flexor spasm in the two groups was observed.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the modified Ashworth Scale(MAS),simplified Fugl Meyer scale(FMA)and modified Edinburgh Scandinavian score(MESSS)of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.The FMA and MESSS scores of the treatment group improved more significant than those of the control group,while there was no significant difference in the MAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both acupoint catgut embedding therapy and baclofen can relieve upper arm flexor spasm after stroke,but there is no significant difference between acupoint catgut embedding and baclofen.
