公共治理视角下城乡居民心理健康服务发展模式与必要性的研究

Research on the development mode and necessity of mental health service for urban and rural residents from the perspective of public governance

随着人民生活水平的广泛提高,城乡一体化的快速进程,对于个人的心理健康问题越来越引起了公共服务机构的重视。个人的健康一旦失衡,就容易以各种极端的形式表现出来,严重的便会成为危害公共安全的社会问题。随着社会的逐渐发展,意识到公共治理的重要性,许多城市开展了以社区为单位,以街道为中心的公共服务平台,为社区居民提供心理健康咨询服务,疏导心理问题等。基于此,本文从公共治理视角下出发,分析城乡居民心理健康服务平台发展的必要性以及它的发展模式,从而为政府统筹规划,建立政府、社区服务、城乡居民三位一体的共治模式,为公共领域的心理健康服务发展提出见解。

With the extensive improvement of people's living standards and the rapid process of urban-rural integration,public service agencies pay more and more attention to individual mental health problems.Once individual health is out of balance,it is easy to show itself in various extreme forms,which will become a serious social problem endangering public safety.With the gradual development of the society and the awareness of the importance of public governance,many cities have launched community-oriented and street-centered public service platforms,providing mental health counseling services and psychological counseling for community residents.Based on this,this paper,from the perspective of public governance,analyzes the necessity of the development of the mental health service platform for urban and rural residents and its development mode,so as to make overall planning for the government,establish a three-in-one co-governance model of government,community service and urban and rural residents,and put forward opinions for the development of mental health service in the public domain.
