电针太冲对大脑感觉皮层诱发电位的影响 被引量:2

Effect of electroacupuncture of Taichong(LR3)on somatosensory evoked cortical potentials in healthy volunteers

摘要 目的:观察电针太冲对健康人群大脑皮层诱发电位的影响,探讨躯体刺激对感觉皮层的兴奋性作用,为临床循经远端选穴提供参考依据。方法:采用自身前后对照,纳入健康志愿者10名,在电针左侧太冲前后测定阴部神经体感诱发电位(PSEP)、下肢体感诱发电位(LSEP),比较电针前后诱发电位的差异。结果:电针左侧太冲后,左下肢体感诱发电位(L-LSEP)波幅较针前升高(P<0.01);针后即刻,LSEP的潜伏期、右下肢体感诱发电位(R-LSEP)波幅、PSEP的潜伏期及波幅均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:电针太冲能提高针刺侧大脑感觉皮层(下肢区)兴奋性,而对邻近感觉皮层(生殖器区)无影响。 Objective To explore the excitatory effect of the sensory cortex through somatic electroacupuncture(EA)stimulation at Taichong(LR3).Methods Ten healthy volunteer men ranging in age from 20 to 50 years were enrolled in this study.EA(2 Hz,a tolerable strength)was applied to the left LR3.Before and after EA,the somatosensory evoked potential(SEP)from the Cz’area of the scalp was recorded by electrical stimulation of the bilateral dorsal penile nerves and the indentation behind the medial malleolus of the foot,termed as the pudendal SEP(PSEP)and lower extremity SEP(LSEP),respectively.Results The amplitude of the left LSEP induced by stimulation of the left medial malleolus was significantly increased after EA(P<0.05),but there were no significant changes in the latency of LSEP and PSEP,and the amplitude of right LSEP evoked by stimulation of the left medial malleolus,and that of the PSEP.Conclusion EA at LR3 increases the excitability of the contralateral cerebral sensory cortex(lower extremity area),but has no effect on the adjacent sensory cortex(genital area).
