摘要
为了满足CNAS(中国合格评定国家认可委员会)测量要求,提高测量效率,采用影像测量仪对半径样板半径尺寸进行测量,阐述其测量原理及测量方法,并对测量结果的不确定度进行分析,对示值误差作了符合性评价。
To meet the measurement requirements of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment(CNAS)and improve the measurement efficiency,an image measuring instrument was used to measure the radius size of the radius gauge,the measurement principle and measurement method were elaborated,the uncertainty of the measurement results was analyzed,and the conformity of the indicated error was evaluated.
