摘要
火驱采油中为评价驱替效果,需要对油井产液量进行计量,由于火驱采油气液比变化幅度较大,高产气量易导致井口流量计量出现误差,因此高气液比条件下产液产气量的正确计量是一个亟需解决的技术难点。通过调查火驱油井管网结构、分析火驱油井油流特征,对多种油井产液量计量技术进行分析对比,提出采用双罐多路自动计量与改进型双罐物理称重式混合使用的油井产液量计量方式,制定出了最适宜的高含气油井井口产液计量与远程数据采集方案,可有效提高高含气油井产液产气量计量精度,并降低计量成本。
To evaluate the displacement effect in oil recovery by fire flooding,it is necessary to measure the liquid production of oil wells.Due to the large variation range of oil-gas liquid ratio in fire flooding,the high yield of gas is likely to lead to errors in wellhead flow measurement.Therefore,the correct measurement of liquid and gas production under the condition of high gas-liquid ratio is an urgent technical difficulty that needs to be solved.By investigating the structure of fire flooding oil well pipe network,analyzing the characteristic of fire flooding oil well flow,and analyzing the variety of oil well liquid production measurement technology,we proposed the use of dual-tank multiplex automatic measurement and improved dual-tank physical weighing type for oil well liquid production measurement,and developed the most suitable wellhead liquid production measurement and remote data acquisition scheme for high gas-bearing oil wells,which can effectively improve the accuracy of liquid and gas production measurement in high gas-bearing oil wells and reduce the measurement cost.
