摘要
由于面粉的可燃性特性,使面粉加工企业粉尘爆炸风险因素客观存在,不能根本消除。通过对面粉加工企业普遍存在的粉尘爆炸风险和常见隐患进行分析,提出选址建厂、工艺流程设计、安全防护装置设置、安全制度编制、安全管理方法等技术及管理措施,为企业落实安全生产主体责任、有效控制风险、消除隐患、防范粉尘爆炸事故发生提供参考和借鉴。
Because of the flammability of flour,dust explosion risk factors in flour processing enterprises exist objectively and cannot be eliminated fundamentally.Through the analysis of dust explosion risk and common hidden trouble in flour processing enterprises,the technology and management measures such as site selection,process design,installation of safety protection device,establishment of safety system and safety management method are put forward.It provides reference for enterprises to carry out the main responsibility of production safety,effectively control risks,eliminate hidden dangers and prevent dust explosion accidents.
