多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素水平与胰岛素抵抗的相关性研究

Correlation between sex hormone levels and insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者性激素水平与胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法抽取2018年6月至2019年12月临汾市中心医院收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者150例为观察组,另选取同期体检的健康育龄期女性50例为对照组。比较两组性激素与胰岛素抵抗水平,并分析多囊卵巢综合征患者的两者相关性。结果观察组泌乳素(PRL)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)水平高于对照组(t=15.957、7.796、12.159、15.140、14.421,P<0.05)。PCOS患者中胰岛素抵抗者PRL水平低于非胰岛素抵抗者(t=-3.367,P=0.001),而LH、T水平高于非胰岛素抵抗者(t=5.097、-1.173,P=0.001、0.121)。PCOS患者HOMA-IR与T水平呈正相关(r=0.495,P=0.001)。结论PCOS患者性激素分泌增加,性激素水平与机体HOMA-IR存在一定相关性,其与睾酮水平的相关性最为显著。

Objective To investigate the correlation between sex hormone levels and insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 150 patients with PCOS admitted to Linfen Central Hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group.And another 50 healthy women of childbearing age who had physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of sex hormones and insulin resistance were compared between the two groups,and their correlation in PCOS patients were analyzed.Results The levels of prolactin(PRL),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),fasting insulin,and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=15.957,7.796,12.159,15.140,14.421,P<0.05).In PCOS patients,the PRL level of insulin resistance was lower than that of non-insulin resistance(t=-3.367,P=0.001),while their LH and T levels were higher than those of non-insulin resistance(t=5.097,-1.173,P=0.001,0.121).There was a positive correlation between HOMA-IR and T levels in PCOS patients(r=0.495,P=0.001).Conclusions PCOS patients have a marked increase in sex hormone secretion.There is a certain correlation between their sex hormone levels and the body’s HOMA-IR,and it has the most significant correlation with testosterone levels.
