阴唇边缘弧形术联合新月形切除术治疗小阴唇肥大合并阴蒂包皮过长的效果观察

Clinical effect of labial margin arc surgery combined with crescent resection on hypertrophic labia minora and clitoral prepuce

目的探讨阴唇边缘弧形术联合新月形切除术治疗小阴唇肥大合并阴蒂包皮过长的临床效果。方法抽取2017年8月至2019年8月收入濮阳市油田总医院的小阴唇肥大合并阴蒂包皮过长患者60例。采用随机数字表法分为观察组(31例)与常规组(29例),常规组采取楔形切除术治疗,观察组采取阴唇边缘弧形术联合新月形切除术治疗。观察小阴唇肥大合并阴蒂包皮过长患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组术后并发症发生率(6.45%)低于常规组(31.03%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后伤口Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅱ期愈合率(96.77%、90.32%、93.64%)均高于常规组术后伤口Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅱ期愈合率(75.86%、68.96%、72.41%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床有效率(3.22%)优于常规组(20.68%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度(96.77%)高于常规组(72.41%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取阴唇边缘弧形术联合新月形切除术治疗小阴唇肥大合并阴蒂包皮过长患者,可减少术后并发症,有利于术后伤口早期愈合,有效提升临床治疗效果及患者满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of labial marginal arc surgery combined with crescent resection on hypertrophic labia minora and clitoral prepuce.Methods Sixty patients with hypertrophic labia minora and clitoral prepuce who were admitted to Puyang Oilfield General Hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were enrolled and randomly divide into observation group(31 cases)and conventional group(29 cases).The conventional group was treated with wedge resection,and the observation group was treated with labial marginal arcsurgery combined with crescent resection.The clinical effect in patients with labia minora hypertrophy with clitoral prepuce was recorded.Results The postoperative complication rate of the observation groupwas lower than that of the conventional group(6.45%vs.31.03%,P<0.05).The postoperative wound healing rates of stageⅠ,ⅡandⅡin the observation groupwere all higher than those in the conventional group[(96.77%,90.32%,93.64%)vs.(75.86%,68.96%,72.41%),P<0.05].The clinical efficacy of the observation groupwas better than that of the conventional group(3.22%vs.0.68%,P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group(96.77%vs.72.41%,P<0.05).Conclusions The labial marginal arc surgery combined with crescent resection can reduce postoperative complications,accelerate early postoperative wound healing,and effectively improve the clinical effect and patients’satisfaction in patients with hypertrophic labia minora and clitoral prepuce.
