摘要 选取江苏省某化工园区为研究对象,通过建立园区气态污染因子库、创新VOCs监测模式、科学预警溯源、组建专业团队等,形成大气监控预警溯源排查一体化监管体系,在提高大气环境监控预警能力、抑制企业废气异常排放、缓解异味扰民等方面取得积极成效。基于实践经验,进一步探讨数据质量控制、数据价值挖掘及溯源结果应用等,为模式推广提供参考。 One chemical park in Jiangsu was selected to form the integrated supervision system for atmospheric monitoring,early warning,traceability and investigation by establishing a gaseous pollution factor database,innovating VOCs monitoring mode,scientific early warning and tracing,and forming a professional team.It has achieved positive results in improving the monitoring and early warning capabilities of the atmospheric environment,suppressing abnormal emissions of corporate exhaust gas,and alleviating odors that disturb people.Data quality control,data value mining and application of traceability results,etc.,were further discussed to provide reference for model promotion based on practical experience.
