Research on the Regulation of Economic Law Based on Sharing Economy

2018年我国针对共享经济建立了监管框架,加强了对共享经济的监管力度,明确了共享平台企业的权利和义务。但在目前市场经济的背景下,共享经济规制还需要进一步完善建设,针对各个行业的特点,建立一整套可满足共享经济发展需求的规制,明确规制内容,约束共享经济各个参与主体,规范行业质量和服务标准,构建共享经济市场新秩序,弥补原有规制的不足,从而促进共享经济的可持续发展。

In 2018,a regulatory framework for the sharing economy was established in China,which has strengthened the supervision of the sharing economy,and defined the rights and obligations of the sharing platform enterprises.However,in the context of the current market economy,the regulation needs to be further improved to handle some deficiencies.Lack of regulation has a limitation to the rapid development of sharing economy.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a set of regulations that can meet the needs of the development of sharing economy targeted at various industries,clarify the contents of regulations,restrict the participants of sharing economy,standardize the industry quality and service standards,and build a new market order,so as to promote its sustainable development.
