高强格栅在铁路隧道工程中施工工艺研究

摘要 铁路建设不可避免会遇到隧道工程,隧道工程安全开挖施工涉及的因素较多,因此,需要针对铁路隧道工程,设计采用稳固可靠的支护结构,为隧道安全开挖施工提供支撑。高强钢筋格栅是一种新型支护结构型式,由力学性能优良的高强钢筋构成,有效地保障了铁路隧道洞室变形稳定性。高强格栅在铁路隧道施工中应用逐渐普及,对其施工工艺研究还不完善,研究高强格栅施工工艺有助于提升这种支护型式在铁路隧道中的应用水平,提高我国铁路隧道建设质量。 The railway construction inevitably encounters tunnel projects.Tunnel project safety excavation construction involves many factors.Therefore,it is necessary for the railway tunnel projects to design and adopt a stable and reliable support structure,thereby providing support for safety excavation construction of tunnels.High strength grille is a new type support structural style,which is composed of high strength reinforced bars with excellent performance and mechanical performance,thereby effectively guaranteeing the deformation stability of railway tunnel.The application of high strength grilles in railway tunnel construction is gradually popularized,and the research on its construction technology is not perfect.The research on high strength grille construction technology is helpful to improve the application level of the support type in railway tunnel and improve the construction quality of railway tunnel in China.
