Research and Application of Online Monitoring System for Quanyanshan Pumping Station Unit

泉眼山泵站机组在线状态监测及分析系统主要由在线实时监测保护系统和在线分析系统两部分组成。在线实时监测保护系统由传感器、数据采集装置与在线监测保护装置等组成,实现泵组设备的振动、摆度、转速等相关状态参数的实时监测与预警保护。同时,实现与泵站计算机监控系统网络通信,互享机组运行数据。在线分析系统根据监测到的泵组振动、摆度、压力等相关状态参数,结合机组实时运行其他状态参数,通过相应的分析软件实现设备运行状态分析,给出设备的运行情况报告及维修建议,提供全面的设备运行故障预警与维护保障服务,为设备的长期安全稳定运行提供支持。

The online condition monitoring and analysis system of Quanyanshan pumping station unit is mainly composed of online real-time monitoring and protection system as well as online analysis system.The online real-time monitoring and protection system is composed of sensor,data acquisition device,online monitoring and protection device,etc.It can realize real-time monitoring and early warning protection of vibration,swing,rotation speed and other relevant state parameters of the pump unit equipment.Meanwhile,it can realize the network communication with the computer monitoring system of the pump station and share the operation data of the unit.The equipment operation state can be analyzed by the online analysis system based on the monitored pump unit vibration,swing,pressure and other relevant state parameters through combining with other state parameters of unit real-time operation with corresponding analysis software.The equipment running condition report and maintenance advice are given.Comprehensive equipment operation fault early warning and maintenance support services are proposed to support the long-term safe and stable operation of the equipment.
