建筑工程外保温墙体窗副框安装防渗漏措施研究 被引量:4

摘要 在建筑工程施工中,墙体外保温材料与塑钢、断桥铝合金窗主、副框安装结合,历来是防水堵漏的关键节点,如果处理不好,将导致外檐窗框与墙体之间产生渗漏。文章结合多年工程建设质量管理与监督工作的经历,通过对目前民用建筑工程窗副框的结构与安装相关施工工艺进行分析考证,提出了有别于传统安装的方法,克服了工程安装过程中存在的质量缺陷,不仅解决了外檐窗钢副框与墙体之间缝隙渗漏问题,而且节省了维修费用,可供类似工程施工参考。 The wall external thermal insulation material is installed and combined with plastic steel,bridge-cutoff aluminum alloy window main frames and subframes in the construction of building projects.It has always been the key node of waterproof and leakstopping.If the project is not properly handled,leakage is produced between the outer eaves window frame and the wall.The experiences of engineering construction quality management and supervision work over the years are combined in the paper.An installation method different from traditional methods is proposed in order to analyze and investigate the construction technology related to the structure and installation of current civil building engineering window subframes.The quality defects in the project installation process are overcome,thereby solving the crack leakage problem between the external window eaves steel subframe and wall on the one hand,saving maintenance cost and providing reference for the similar engineering construction on the other hand.
