摘要
大思政背景下持续有效推进课程思政教育理念,提升高校专业教师思政教育能力是关键,有效的动机激励要先行。本文以高校专业教师和学生为调查对象,采用问卷、访谈和教学现场听课相结合的方法,以弗鲁姆提出的期望效价激励理论为工具,对高校教师推行课程思政教育理念的现状进行深入的分析研究。针对问题现状,以期望效价理论为模型,分析原因,提出针对性的建议,为有效激励高校专业教师推行课程思政的教育理念提供理论借鉴。
Under the background of promoting the concept of ideological and political education,the key is to improve college professional teachers’ideological and political education ability with effective motivation incentive going first.Taking college teachers and students as the target,the paper analyzes the current situation of those teachers’implementation of ideological and political education concept through methods of questionnaire,interview and on-site lecture attending in the light of the Expectancy Theory proposed by Vlum.In view of the current situation,this paper takes Vlum’s theory as the model,analyzes the causes,and puts forward specific suggestions,so as to provide theoretical reference for motivating the teachers effectively to carry out the concept.
