应用型本科高校发展建设的主要目标是培养具有开发创新能力、职业拓展能力和继续深造能力的应用型人才,避免盲目跟从精英教育,根据社会需要提供多样的高层次应用型人才。培养这样的高层次应用型人才,首先要有优秀的"多能型"应用性科研教师队伍来支撑。打造好"多能型"应用性科研教师队伍,对应用型本科高校培养社会需要的以开发创新性为主的高层次应用型人才及应用型本科高校自身可持续发展至关重要。本文针对当前安徽省应用型本科联盟高校师资队伍建设现状、发展需求进行分析,提出解决对策。

The main goal of the development and construction of applied universities is to cultivate applied talents with keen development and creativity, career development and further study abilities, so as to avoid following blindly elite education and provide various high-level applied talents based on social demands. In order to cultivate these talents, it is necessary to have an excellent team of "multifunctional" teachers devoted to applied scientific research. It is essential for those universities to develop high-level applied faculty to develop creativity for their sustainable development. This paper analyzes the current situation and development of teaching staff in Anhui applied undergraduate universities, and puts forward countermeasures.
