基于计算机辅助工程的悬置支架强度分析与轻量化设计

摘要 为了对一款商用车驾驶室悬置支架进行减重,借助计算机辅助工程对该悬置支架做结构校核,分析悬置支架在给定工况下的强度和位移,并基于强度分析结果进行产品的轻量化设计。结果表明:通过轻量化设计的悬置支架满足强度要求,并实现单件减重2.58 kg,降重达29%。 In order to reduce the weight of cab suspension bracket in a commercial vehicle,the computer-aided engineering was used to check the structure of a kind of suspension bracket.The strength and displacement of suspension bracket were analyzed under the given working condition.Lightweight design of the products was carried out based on the strength analysis results.The results shows that the lightweight design of the suspension bracket meets the strength requirements,and achieves a weight reduction of 2.58 kg per unit,up to 29%.
