基于RADIOSS的复合材料发动机罩行人保护研究

摘要 为研究复合材料发动机罩对行人头部的保护性能,以某车型发动机罩为例,建立了行人头部撞击复合材料发动机罩的有限元模型。利用RADIOSS求解器开展头碰分析,并将各头碰撞击点的加速度-时间曲线和HIC值与铝质机罩结构进行对比。对比结果表明:使用复合材料的发动机罩理论上能够满足行人保护需求,同时整体质量相比铝质发动机罩会更轻,更有利于满足汽车轻量化的要求。 In order to study the protection performance of composite engine hood to pedestrian's head,a finite element model of pedestrian's head hitting composite engine hood was established by taking the engine hood of a certain car model as an example.RADIOSS solver was used to carry out head impact analysis,and the acceleration-time curve and HIC value of each head impact point were compared with the structure of aluminum hood.The comparison results show that the composite hood can theoretically meet the needs of pedestrian protection,and the overall mass of the hood is lighter than the aluminum hood,which is more conducive to meet the requirements of vehicle lightweight.
