摘要
以理论公式计算出纵梁的抗弯截面系数需求,并对截面参数进行初步选择。利用Hyperworks软件对车架总成建立了有限元模型,使用求解器Optistruct对模型进行弯曲工况、转向工况、制动工况、扭转工况的强度分析,最后根据应力结果对车架连接板进行减重优化设计。结果表明:减重后的车架强度和减重前车架强度相当,满足强度要求。
Based on the theoretical formula,the section coefficient demand of longitudinal beam was calculated,then the section parameters were preliminarily selected.The finite element model of frame assembly was established by Hyperworks software,and the strength analysis of bending,steering,braking and torsion conditions was analyzed by Optistruct.Finally,the weight reduction optimization design of connecting plate of frame was carried out according to the stress results.The result shows that the strength of frame after weight reduction is equivalent to that before weight reduction,which meets the requirements.
