摘要 设计开发了电动助力转向系统耐久测试设备。在分析了汽车转向系统耐久测试的需求及国内外测试标准基础上,通过结构及功能设计、工业控制系统设计及软件控制设计,搭建了整体测试设备;并对输入驱动装置、伺服旋转加载、工业控制部分、可配置式软件等关键技术进行了探讨。实际验证结果表明:系统更接近实际使用工况,系统测试可扩展性强,可有效在研发前期反映并识别产品设计问题。 Durability test equipment for EPS was designed and developed.Based on the analysis of the durability test requirements of automobile steering systems and domestic and foreign test standards,the overall test equipment was built through structural and functional design,industrial control system design,and software control design.Key technologies such as control part and configurable software were discussed.The actual verification results show that the system is closer to the actual operating conditions,and the system test is highly scalable,which can effectively reflect and identify product design problems in the early stage of research and development.
