摘要
针对市场客户车门过开失效抱怨偶发,选市场代表车型为样本,设计了车门过开实验方案,对比验证过开性能差异,并总结典型的过开失效模式,重点对限位器干涉玻璃问题进行系统研究,识别出关键影响因子及影响规律,并建立受力分析模型。结果表明:过开角度小于8°,避免限位器臂过长,保证限位器臂与钣金孔间隙不小于5 mm,在空间满足条件下增加翻边结构及Y向匹配等提高安装面刚度,提高车门过开性能。
Occasionally complaints about the failure of door opening of market customers,selected the representative model of the market as a sample,and a door over-opening experiment scheme was designed to verify and compare the over-opening performance difference.The typical over-open failure mode was summarized,the systematic research on the interference glass of the stopper was focused on,the key influence factors and influence laws were identified,and a stress analysis model was established.The result shows that the over-opening angle should be less than 8°to avoid excessively long limiter arms,ensure that the gap between the limiter arm and the sheet metal hole is not less than 5 mm,and improve the rigidity of the limiter mounting surface and door opening performance.
