The current situation,cause analysis,corresponding improvement plan and the whole process of confirming the implementation effect of the bonnet baking deformation were introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of two-component edge folding adhesive,adding welding procedure,and optimizing the effect of painting auxiliary scheme were compared.The results show that the optimizing the effect of painting auxiliary scheme are better.The ideas and methods of the work in this process were expounded,which provided reference for improving the baking deformation of the engine hood.
