摘要
通过对进口矿石的物化性质进行研究,发现该矿石主要以三水软铝石存在,可常压下进行酸溶出,具备替代常规使用铝矾土为原料制备聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)产品工艺条件。通过对进口矿制备净水剂的工艺研究,在自热溶出下,得到Al2O3含量>10%,B值>60%,Fe2O3>2%的低渣高效PAFC产品。同时对该产品进行了工业污水混凝去浊对比研究,结果表明:PAFC是处理效果优于聚合氯化铝(PAC)的一种新型高效混凝剂。
By studying the materialized properties of imported ore,the ore mainly exists with three-water soft aluminum stone,which can be dissolved with acid under normal pressure,have the process conditions of preparing PAFC products using bauxite as raw material.Through the process study of imported ore preparation water purifier,the low slag high-efficiency PAFC products with Al2O3 content>10%,B value>60%and Fe2O3>2%were obtained under self-heat dissolving.At the same time,the product is compared with industrial sewage coagulation and turbidity,and the results show that the PAFC treatment effect is better than that of a new high-efficiency coagulant of polymerized aluminum chloride(PAC).
