摘要 高职院校探索产教融合育人模式对培育技术技能型人才的急迫性越发明显,在这样的背景下,学校与企业紧密合作,建立校企命运共同体,形成“16122”人才培养模式,构建基于产教融合的“四对接一核心四阶段”课程体系,打造“引企入校、引岗入课”产教融合新模式,建立内培外引、双专双能型教学团队建设新机制。将产业需求和专业发展紧密结合,改善课程体系的薄弱环节,解决人才教育供给与产业需求之间的矛盾,引领产教融合人才培养向深层次发展。 It is increasingly clear that the education mode in higher vocational colleges should integrate education and technology to cultivate skilled talents.In this context,Henan Polytechnic Institute,through work closely with enterprise,establishes the fate community and forms"16122"personnel training mode,builds"four docking and four-stage"core curriculum system,constructs new education mode of"leading enterprises to school,leading work post into the class",sets up the culture introduction and new type teaching team with double skills.We will closely combine industrial demand with professional development,improve the weak links in the curriculum system,solve the contradiction between the supply of talent education and industrial demand,and lead the integration of industry and education in personnel training to a deeper level.
