摘要 将自助服务作为切入点,推进智慧医院服务新模式,探讨入院办理的优化方法。以上海瑞金医院卢湾分院为研究对象,构建基于病区立式自助机的自助入院办理系统,选取人工窗口办理和自助办理的患者作为对照组和观察组,实证分析项目建设成效。系统上线后为537位患者提供了服务,自助办理的时间显著较短,患者满意度有所上升;自助入院办理系统的实施,有利于均衡入院办理处的人流负荷,提升患者的就医体验,为医疗机构加强便民服务举措提供了借鉴经验。 In order to promote the new mode of intelligent hospital service and explore the optimization method of admission management,we take Luwan Branch of Shanghai Ruijin Hospital as the research object,to construct a self-service admission management system based on vertical self-service machines in the ward.Patients with manual window management and self-service management are selected as the control group and the observation group,and the results of the project are empirically analyzed.After the system is launched,537 patients are served,the self-service time is significantly short,and patient satisfaction increases.The implementation of the self-service admission management system is conducive to balancing the crowd load at the admission management office,improving the patient’s medical treatment experience,and providing reference experience for medical institutions to strengthen the measures of serving the public.
