青岛市社区虚拟养老需求现状及影响因素的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Demand Status and Influencing Factors of Community Virtual Endowment in Qingdao

目的调查与分析青岛市社区虚拟养老需求现状及影响因素。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,选取青岛市6个主城区的12所社区中符合纳入标准的600名老年人进行问卷调查。主要采用描述性分析、卡方检验、二分类Logistic回归进行统计分析。结果当前老年人对社区虚拟养老需求主要集中在医疗保健服务、日常生活照料、家政服务和精神文化方面。多因素分析显示,月收入、生活自理能力和社会养老保险是老年人社区居家养老服务需求的重要影响因素。结论青岛市老年人对社区虚拟养老服务需求呈现多元化,对社区虚拟养老模式的认知度还有待提升。建议通过政府主导、市场运行实现多元合作,搭建智能信息平台提供精准的分类服务,加大宣传推广这一养老模式。

Objective To investigate and analyze the demand status and influencing factors of community virtual endowment in Qingdao.Methods Using stratified cluster random sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 600 elderly people who met the inclusion criteria in 12 communities in 6 main urban areas of Qing-dao.Descriptive analysis,chi-square test and binary logistic regression were used for statistical analysis.Results At present,the elderly's demands for community virtual elderly care mainly focused on health care services,daily life care,domestic service and spiritual culture.Monthly income,self-care ability and social endowment insurance were the influencing factors of the elderly's demand for home-based elderly care in the community.Conclusion The elderly in Qingdao have diversified needs for community virtual pension service,and their awareness of community virtual pension model needs to be improved.It is suggested to realize multiple cooperation through the lead of government and market operation,to build an intelligent information platform to provide accurate classified services,and increase publicity and promotion of this pension model.
