摘要
目的探究创伤后成长对脑外伤偏瘫患者一级亲属附属病耻感的影响。方法采用一般资料调查问卷、创伤后成长评定量表和社会影响量表对2018年3月—2019年6月期间,四川某三级甲等医院神经外科收治的脑外伤后偏瘫患者的一级亲属进行问卷调查。结果脑外伤偏瘫患者一级亲属创伤后成长总得分为(59.71±11.47)分,附属病耻感得分为(59.73±7.36)分;脑外伤偏瘫患者一级亲属创伤后成长得分与附属病耻感得分之间呈负相关(r=-0.365,P<0.05)。分层回归分析结果显示,患者一级亲属创伤后成长得分可引起其附属病耻感得分34.4%的变异(P<0.05)。结论创伤后成长对脑外伤偏瘫患者一级亲属附属病耻感有一定影响,可考虑通过制定个性化策略帮助脑外伤偏瘫患者一级亲属进行积极心理调适,帮助其平衡社会生活和照顾患者之间的关系,提升脑外伤偏瘫患者一级亲属有利于创伤后成长的因素,提高一级亲属对脑外伤偏瘫患者照顾质量和患者的生命质量。
Objective To explore the effect of post-traumatic growth on the sense of shame of first-degree relatives of patients with cerebral trauma and hemiplegia.Methods The questionnaire of general information,post-traumatic growth rating scale and social impact scale were used to investigate the first-degree relatives of patients with post-traumatic hemiplegia treated in the department of neurosurgery,a third-class hospital in Sichuan from March 2018 to June 2019.Results The total score of post-traumatic growth of first-degree relatives of patients with traumatic hemi-plegia was(59.71±11.47),and the score of accessory shame was(59.73±7.36);the post-traumatic growth score of first-degree relatives of patients with traumatic hemiplegia was negatively correlated with the score of accessory shame(r=-0.365,P<0.05).The results of stratified regression analysis showed that the post-traumatic growth scores of the first-degree relatives of the patients could cause a variation of 34.4%in the scores of their associated stigmas(P<0.05).Conclusion Post-traumatic growth has a certain effect on the pubic feeling of first-degree relatives of patients with cerebral trauma.It is considerable to improving the favorable aspects of post-traumatic growth to improve the quality of care and quality of life of first-degree relativesof patients with cerebral trauma.
