Status and Influencing Factors of Scientific Health Literacy among Wuhan Residents

目的了解武汉市居民科学健康观素养水平,并分析影响因素,为制定健康政策提供数据支撑。方法在武汉市采用分层多阶段整群随机抽样方法,抽取4500名常住居民开展电子问卷调查。结果武汉市居民科学健康观素养水平为33.73%;科学健康观素养水平农村(23.73%)低于城市(39.46%),60岁以上老人(23.11%)低于其他年龄层,不同文化程度中不识字/少识字最低(19.48%),农民(17.05%)低于其他职业,家庭月收入中以5000元以上者最高(43.06%);Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、教育水平、职业和家庭月收入是科学健康观素养水平的影响因素,其中教育水平是主要因素。结论武汉市居民科学健康观素养形成已有一定基础,但在不同人口特征中素养水平差异较大,应研究和制定针对性较强的政策和措施,加强传播主体业务能力。

Objective To investigate the literacy level of scientific health,to analyze the influencing factors,and to provide data support for formulating health policies.Methods 4500 permanent residents in Wuhan were selected by stratified multi-stage cluster random sampling method and a survey with electronic questionnaire was conducted among them.Results The literacy level of the residents in Wuhan on scientific health was 33.73%.The level of scien-tific health literacy in rural areas(23.73%)was lower than that in cities(39.46%).People over 60 years old(23.11%)showed lower level of scientific health literacy than other age groups.The illiteracy/less literacy among different education levels was the lowest(19.48%).Farmers(17.05%)are lower than other occupations.Those in a family with a monthly income of 5000 yuan or more is the highest(43.06%)in terms of scientific literacy level.Result of logistic regression analysis showed that age,education level,occupation and family monthly income were the influencing factors of scientific health literacy level,and education level was the main factor.Conclusion There is a certain foundation for the formation of residents'scientific health literacy,but the literacy level varies greatly among different demographic characteristics.It is suggested to conduct research and formulate targeted policies and measures to strengthen the operational ability of the propaganda department.
