摘要 目的探讨个体化健康教育在急性胰腺炎护理中的临床效果。方法选择2018年6月至2020年1月于本院治疗的急性胰腺炎60例患者作为研究对象,根据护理方法的不同将患者分为两组,将采用常规护理干预的患者纳入参照组,将采用常规护理+个体化健康教育治疗的患者纳入研究组,每组各30例。观察和比较两组患者护理干预前后的自我护理能力评分、Braden压疮评分。结果干预前,研究组自我护理能力评分为(72.13±3.79)分,参照组自我护理能力评分为(71.38±3.76)分,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组自护能力评分为(95.46±2.13)分,参照组自护能力评分为(88.63±2.41)分,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,研究组Braden压疮评分为(10.71±1.34)分,参照组Braden压疮评分为(10.69±1.69)分,组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,研究组Braden压疮评分为(15.34±0.21)分,参照组Braden压疮评分为(13.23±0.54)分,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性胰腺炎护理中采用个体化健康教育不仅能提高患者自我护理能力,还能降低患者压疮风险。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of individualized health education in the nursing of acute pancreatitis.Methods Sixty patients who were treated for acute pancreatitis in our hospital from June 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into two groups according to the different nursing method.The patients who received conventional nursing intervention were included in the control group.Patients who received conventional care and individualized health education were included in the study group,with 30 cases in each group.The self-care ability score and Braden pressure ulcer score before and after the nursing intervention of the two groups were observed and compared.Results Before the intervention,the self-care ability score of the study group was(72.13±3.79)points,and the self-care ability score of the reference group was(71.38±3.76)points.There was no significant difference in the self-care ability score between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).After the intervention,the difference in the self-care ability score between the study group([95.46±2.13]points)and the control group([88.63±2.41]points)was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the Braden pressure ulcer score was(10.71±1.34)points in the study group and(10.69±1.69)points in the control group.There was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the Braden pressure ulcer score was(15.34±0.21)points in the study group and(13.23±0.54)points in the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of individualized health education in the care of acute pancreatitis can not only improve the self-care ability of patients,but also reduce the risk of pressure ulcers.
