沙盘游戏疗法对胎儿异常引产产妇负性情绪的影响

Effects of sandplay therapy on the negative emotions of puerpera undergoing induced labor due to fetal anomaly

目的探讨沙盘游戏疗法对胎儿异常引产产妇负性情绪的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年3月至2019年2月在大连市妇幼保健院住院的157例胎儿异常引产产妇为研究对象。将2018年3月至2018年8月收治的76例产妇设为对照组,2018年9月至2019年2月收治的81例产妇设为观察组。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组施以沙盘游戏。采用事件影响量表修订版(IES-R)、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)对干预效果进行评估。结果干预前后两组IES-R、EPDS评分自身比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组IES-R、EPDS得分干预后高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙盘游戏可以有效改善胎儿异常引产产妇的负性情绪,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of sandplay therapy on the negative emotions of puerpera undergoing induced labor due to fetal anomaly.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 157 puerpera undergoing induced labor due to fetal anomaly in a women and children's hospital in Dalian from March 2018 to February 2019 as the study subjects.76 puerpera who were admitted from March 2018 to August 2018 were selected as the control group,and 81 puerpera who were admitted from September 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given sandplay therapy.The revised Impace of Event Scale(IES-R)and the Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale(EPDS)were used to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention.Results Before and after intervention,the IES-R and EPDS scores of the two groups were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The IES-R and EPDS scores in the control group were higher than those in the observation group after intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sandplay therapy can effectively improve the negative emotions of puerpera undergoing induced labor due to fetal anomaly,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
