摘要
根据中高放废液管道内的环境特点,设计了采用麦克纳姆全向轮式结构,具备伽马射线探测、激光雷达障碍物分析及全景摄像环境构建等能力的探测机器人。通过探测机器人,可提升管道泄漏点的发现率,减少对中高放管道的排查,减小人员受辐照的剂量率,降低运行成本。
Considering the environment characteristics within the pipeline where medium and high radiation waste existed,a detection robot which employs McNamum omni-directional wheel structure and boasts of the gamma ray detection,laser radar obstacles analysis and panoramic camera ability was designed.With the help of the robot designed,the detection rate of pipeline leakage can be improved,including the detection rate of the pipeline’s leakage points to reduce the screening of high radiation discharge pipelines and the dose rate of personnel exposed to radiation,along with the operating cost reduced.
