摘要
在新能源发电系统中,鉴于光伏、燃料电池等新能源模块输出电压过低的缺陷,本文提出了一种交错式高增益直流变换器。该变换器采用交错并联Boost结构与二极管电容网络相结合,实现了高电压增益,降低了开关器件电压应力和输入电流纹波。详细介绍了该变换器的工作原理、电压增益特性、开关器件电压应力等。最后,搭建了一台100W的实验样机验证了该变换器的可行性。
In the new energy power generation system,in view of the low output voltage of new energy modules such as photovoltaic and fuel cell,an interleaved high gain DC/DC converter is proposed in this paper.The converter adopts interleaved Boost structure combined with diode-capacitor network to achieve high voltage gain and reduce voltage stress of switching devices and input current ripple.The working principle,voltage gain characteristics and voltage stress of switching devices are introduced in detail.Finally,a 100W prototype is built to verify the feasibility of the converter.
