黄连外洗预防婴儿湿疹的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of coptis chinensis on infantile eczema by bathing newborns

目的探讨黄连外洗预防婴儿湿疹的效果。方法将80例新生儿随机分为观察组和对照组,两组各40例。观察组采用中药配方颗粒剂黄连配成的黄连液外洗,对照组常规洗浴,两组均加预防新生儿湿疹常规健康教育及产后常规母婴护理。比较两组42 d时新生儿湿疹的发病率。结果观察组新生儿在出生后42 d内湿疹的发病率(5.56%)低于对照组(27.03%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄连外洗能预防新生儿湿疹的发生,有望成为预防婴儿湿疹的预防措施之一。

Objective To investigate the preventive effect on eczema by bathing newborns with coptis chinensis.Methods Eighty neonates were randomly divided into observation group and control group.There were 40 cases in each group.Formulation granules of coptis chinensis solution was used to bathe the newborns in the observation group.The control group routine bath,two groups were added to prevent eczema routine health education and postpartum routine maternal and infant care.The incidence of neonatal eczema was compared between the two groups at 42 days.Results The incidence of eczema in neonates in the observation group within 42 days(5.56%)was lower than that(27.03%)in the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion Rhizoma coptidis external washing by coptis chinensis can prevent the occurrence of neonatal eczema,which is expected to be one of the preventive measures to prevent infant eczema.
