综合护理干预对非手术脊柱减压治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者功能恢复的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on functional recovery of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by non operative spinal decompression

目的探讨综合护理干预对非手术脊柱减压治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者功能恢复的影响。方法将本科2017年4月—2018年4月接诊的100例腰椎间盘突出的患者分为两组。观察组50例接受非手术脊柱减压治疗,实施综合护理干预;对照组50例仅给予非手术脊柱减压治疗;治疗结束后,分别比较两组患者症状改善情况及JOA评分。结果观察组患者症状改善情况明显优于对照组,JOA评分明显高于对照组,由入院前(9.6±1.6)分增加到出院前(22.7±1.7)分,效果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预对非手术脊柱减压治疗LDH患者的功能恢复疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on functional recovery of patients with Lumber Disc Herniation(LDH)treated with Nonsurgical decompression.Methods 100 patients with lumber disc herniation who were admitted to our department from April 2017 to April 2018 were divided into two groups.50 patients in the observation group received non-surgical spinal decompression treatment,and implement comprehensive nursing intervention;50 patients in the control group were only treated with non-surgical spinal decompression;after treatment,the symptoms of the two groups were compared and the JOA(Joint Operating Agreement)score was compared.Results The improvement of symptoms in the observation group was significantly better than in the control group.The JOA score was significantly higher in the control group,from pre-hospital(9.6±1.6)points to pre-discharge(22.7±1.7)points the results were better than the control group.Academic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-surgical decompression for LDH is effective in Functional recovery in Comprehensive Nursing intervention.
