摘要 介绍高效精练剂TF-125C在织物前处理中的应用,结合单因素实验和正交设计试验探讨氢氧化钠用量、精练剂用量、煮练温度、煮练时间四个因素对棉织物前处理效果的影响,得出高效精练剂TF-125C在织物前处理工艺中的最优工艺条件为:氢氧化钠20 g/L,精练剂TF-125C 5g/L,煮练时间90 min,煮练温度100℃。在该工艺条件下,处理后的织物失重率达到7.35%,毛效19.0 cm/30min,白度达到60.8,色差值△E值为70.01。结果显示,由高效精练剂TF-125C处理后的棉织物各项性能指标较好,煮练时间短,助剂用量少。 The application of high-efficiency scouring agent TF-125C in fabric pretreatment was introduced.Combined with single factor experiment and orthogonal design test,four factors of sodium hydroxide dosage,scouring agent dosage,scouring temperature and scouring time were discussed.The effect of the treatment effect is that the optimum process conditions of the high-efficiency scouring agent TF-125C in the fabric pretreatment process are:sodium hydroxide 20 g/L,scouring agent TF-125C 5g/L,scouring time 90 min,cooking Practice temperature 100℃.Under the process conditions,the weight loss rate of the treated fabric reached 7.35%,the hair effect was 19.0 cm/30 min,the whiteness reached 60.8,and the color differenceΔE value was 70.01.The results showed that the cotton fabrics treated by the high-efficiency scouring agent TF-125C had good performance indexes,short scouring time and less auxiliary agent.
