乳腺癌患者性行为真实体验质性研究的Meta整合

Experience of sexual activity of breast cancer women:a systematic review and Meta synthesis

目的系统整合乳腺癌患者性行为的真实体验,为更好进行性健康教育提供科学依据。方法检索CINAHL、Pubmed、Web of Science、EMbase、Medline、The Cochrane Library以及中国知网(CNKI)、万方(WanFang)、维普(VIP)、中国生物医学数据库(CBM)10个数据库,检索时限从建库至2019年12月,采用“JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究真实性评价标准”对文献进行评价,采用Meta整合中的汇集性整合方法对研究结果进行评价和整合。结果共纳入14篇文献,其中中文文献4篇,英文文献10篇,共提炼出24个完整的结果,归纳出7个类别,得到3个整合结果:乳腺癌患者性生理心理不良体验;患者心理转变和自我调适;性健康的重要性和性知识需求。结论临床医护人员应关注乳腺癌患者及其伴侣的性生活状况和性健康需求,给予科学的性知识宣教和指导,减少患者因性问题产生的负面情绪,促进家庭和谐,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To systematically review the real experience of sexual activity of breast cancer patients so as to provide practical guidance for sexual health education.Methods A systematic review of multiple databases(CINAHL,Pubmed,Web of Science,EMbase,Medline,the Cochrane Library,CNKI,WanFang,CBM and VIP)was conducted from the inception to December 2019.The included papers were evaluated in line with JBI Evidence-based Health Center Evaluation Standards for Qualitative Research(2016)and the results were evaluated and integrated with integrative synthesis method.Results A total of 14 papers were included,covering 4 in Chinese and 10 in English.As many as 24 complete findings were extracted and summarized into 7 categories,which resulted in 3 categories:negative sexual physiological and psychological experience in breast cancer patients,patients'psychological transformation and self-adjustment and the importance of sexual health and need for sexual knowledge.Conclusion Healthcare workers should pay attention to the sexual life status and sexual health needs of breast cancer patients and their partners and give them scientific education and guidance on sexual activity,for the purpose of reducing the negative emotions caused by sexual problems,promoting family harmony,and ultimately improve the quality of life of patients.
