本科生导师制效果影响因素的实证分析

Empirical analysis on influencing factors of undergraduate tutor system effect

本科生导师制是高校全过程育人的重要模式,探寻导师制效果的影响因素有利于提升高校人才培养质量。基于某省属重点大学2019届毕业生问卷调查数据,构建本科生导师制影响因素Logistic模型,进行实证分析。研究结果表明:一是绝大部分本科生在导师制中取得收获;二是导师制效果显著性影响因素包括生活关怀、对导师的认可度、交流内容、学生干部、性别、交流频次、集体探讨等;三是个体特征差异性大,部分影响因素显著性不强。为此,高校应拓宽导师制的指导内容,尊重学生选择导师等的意愿,重视"身教"作用,提升师生自身素质,探寻各具特色、富有成效的导师制模式。

Undergraduate tutor system is an important mode of educating people in colleges.Exploring the influencing factors of the effect of tutor system is conducive to improving the quality of the student training in colleges.According to the questionnaire survey data of 2019 graduates of a provincial key university,the logistic model of the influencing factors of undergraduate tutor system was constructed,and then empirical analysis was carried out.The results show that:first,most undergraduates gain in the tutor system;second,the significant factors affecting the tutor system include life care,recognition of tutors,content of communication,student cadres,gender,frequency of communication and collective discussion;third,the individual characteristics are different,and some of the influencing factors are not significant;Fourth,the individual characteristics are different,and some of the influencing factors are not significant.To this end,universities should broaden the guidance content of the mentoring system.Colleges and universities should respect the students′choice of tutors and pay attention to the role of"teaching by example".Schools should improve the quality of teachers and students,and at the same time explore the unique and effective tutor system.
