应用RTK的北京城市房产控制测量技术探讨

Discussion on Real Estate Control Survey Technology in Beijing Based on RTK

房产图控制测量是城市房产图基础测量的工作之一。传统的方法一般采用导线测量,随着全球卫星定位技术(GPS)的飞速发展,它以高效率、高精度等优点,迅速在城市控制测量中已被广泛采用。本文以实时动态技术在城市房产图控制测量中的应用为研究对象,详细分析了RTK城市房产图控制测量的步骤,流程和方法。结果表明,用RTK技术进行城市控制测量操作灵活、简单,同时减少了大量的观测数据后处理工作,大大提高了工作效率,彻底改变了城市控制测量的作业模式。

The control survey of real estate map is one of the basic surveying works of urban real estate map.With the rapid development of global positioning technology(GPS),it has been widely used in urban control survey with the advantages of high efficiency and high precision.This paper takes the application of real-time dynamic technology in the control survey of urban real estate map as the research object,and analyzes the steps,processes and methods of RTK urban real estate map control measurement in detail.The results show that RTK technology is flexible and simple for urban control survey.At the same time,it reduces a lot of post-processing work of observation data,greatly improves the work efficiency and completely changes the operation mode of urban control survey.
