摘要
真空冷冻干燥技术在食品加工中得到了广泛应用。通过分析真空冷冻干燥食品加工工艺基本原理和基本流程,分析真空冷冻干燥技术在食品加工中的应用,分析冷冻干燥技术的发展,应进一步探讨并改进应用真空冷冻技术进行不同食品加工的工艺,进一步探讨冷冻干燥技术的不同组合,合理运用冻干技术加工食品,获得品优质高的食物制品。
Vacuum freeze-drying technology has been widely used in food processing.By analyzing the basic principles and procedures of vacuum freeze-drying food processing technology,analyzing the application of vacuum freeze-drying technology in food processing,and analyzing the development of freeze-drying technology,we should further explore and improve the application of vacuum freezing technology for different food processing processes,Further explore the different combinations of freeze-drying technology,rationally use freeze-drying technology,and obtain high-quality food products.
