建筑学中规划和设计问题的研究

Research on Planning and Design Issues in Architecture

伴随着我国经济发展速度的加快,建筑行业在市场经济中的地位也越来越重要,受不同的历史发展背景的影响,不同城市的建筑风格也存在较大的差异。例如,四合院是北京城的代表,哈尔滨的城市建筑以苏联风格为主,上海的建筑更趋于现代化。而从现阶段的情况来看,建筑理念也在随时发生着变化,以往的建筑更追求结实牢固,但是,现代社会的建筑不仅需要考虑耐用性的问题,与此同时,更需要考虑美学以及经济学方面的问题。本次研究中,本文就从实际进行建筑规划和设计过程中需要遵循的基本原则以及建筑规划和设计过程中常用的措施两个方面出发进行了具体探讨。

With the acceleration of my country's economic development,the status of the construction industry in the market economy has become more and more important.Affected by different historical development backgrounds,the architectural styles of different cities are also quite different.For example,Siheyuan is a representative of Beijing,Harbin's urban architecture is dominated by Soviet style,and Shanghai's architecture is more modern.Judging from the current situation,architectural concepts are also changing at any time.In the past,buildings are more robust and firm.However,buildings in modern society not only need to consider the issue of durability,but also need to consider aesthetics and Economic issues.In this research,the article discusses in detail the basic principles that need to be followed in the actual architectural planning and design process and the measures commonly used in the architectural planning and design process.
