Media convergence is the product of the rapid development of the information age.It provides opportunities and challenges for the changes of the interview forms of radio and television reporters.According to the premise of media convergence,radio and television reporters can understand and master the way of information transmission,and on this basis,innovate the form of interview.This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics and necessity of radio and television reporters'interview form innovation under the background of media convergence,and puts forward suggestions for the innovation of interview form,hoping to provide help for the smooth process of reporters'interview work.
