可视五官镜评价指标体系的建立与应用

Establishment and Application of Evaluation Indicator System for Visual Five Senses Scopes

目的构建一套科学且适用于临床的可视五官镜评价指标体系,为医疗机构开展可视五官镜的评价提供参考。方法通过文献回顾分析、头脑风暴等方式拟定评价指标体系草案,采用德尔菲法确定评价指标,运用层次分析法确定各级指标权重,最后进行各级指标层次单排序及层次总排序一致性检验。结果该可视五官镜评价指标体系包含3个一级指标和12个二级指标;一致性检验结果显示,各指标权重相对准确。结论该体系可为可视五官镜的性能评测及对比提供较为科学、合理的依据和手段。

Objective A scientific and suitable for clinic evaluation indicator system for visual five senses scopes was established,thus providing references for medical institutions to carry out evaluations for visual five senses scopes.Methods Through literature review,brainstorming and other means,the draft of evaluation indicator system was drawn up,the final evaluation indicators were determined by Delphi method,and the weights of all levels of evaluation indicators were determined by analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the consistency of ranking at each level and all levels for indicators were tested.Results The established evaluation indicator system for visual five senses scopes included three first-class indicators and twelve second-class indicators.The consistency test showed that the weights of all levels were relatively accurate.Conclusion The evaluation indicator system established in this study could serve as a scientific and reasonable basis and means for evaluating and comparing the performances of visual five senses scopes.
