摘要
目的探讨东芝TBA-120FR全自动生化分析仪与快速血糖仪检测血糖在糖尿病患者中的临床应用价值。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月医院收治的90例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,全部患者均采用快速血糖仪(末梢血、静脉血)及东芝TBA-120FR全自动生化分析仪(静脉血)检测血糖,比较3种方法检测血糖的差异。结果全自动生化分析仪采集静脉血检测血糖的结果、快速血糖仪采集静脉血及末梢血检测血糖的结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论东芝TBA-120FR全自动生化分析仪与快速血糖仪均可用于监测糖尿病患者的血糖水平,且检测结果一致。
Objective The clinical application of Toshiba TBA-120FR automatic biochemical analyzer for detecting blood glucose of diabetics was explored.Methods 90 patients with diabetes admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects in this study.All patients were tested for blood glucose with the following three methods,rapid blood glucose meter(peripheral blood&venous blood)and Toshiba TBA-120FR automatic biochemical analyzer(venous blood),and further their test results were compared.Results When the results of blood glucose measured by automatic biochemical analyzer(venous blood)and rapid glucose meter(venous and peripheral blood)were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Both Toshiba TBA-120FR automatic biochemical analyzer and rapid glucose meter could be used to monitor the blood glucose level of diabetics and their detection results were consistent.
