混合学习模式在实践课程中教学有效性的实证研究——以社会工作专业为例 被引量:2

摘要 利用数字化智能工具和技术的混合学习教学正在逐步取代传统课堂教学方式,但国内在实践课程领域尚未对其教学的有效性进行实证研究。建构一个结合传统课堂讲授教学、基于在线SPOC翻转课堂教学与实践技能训练的混合学习的教学模式,将其运用在社会工作专业实践课程中进行实证研究,旨在了解该创新教学模式与传统教学模式下学生的学习感受和学习效果的差异,探索混合学习教学模式在实践课程中教学的有效性。研究发现:混合学习教学模式较传统教学模式对学生学习成绩有更积极的影响,同时在学生满意度和学习参与度方面有更优的评价。 The traditional classroom is gradually being replaced by the blended learning teaching mode which uses digital intelligent tools and technology,but there has been no clear empirical study on its teaching effectiveness in the field of practical courses in China.A teaching mode of blended learning is constructed combining traditional classroom teaching,flipped classroom teaching based on the online SPOC and practical skill training and then it is applied in practice courses of social work major for empirical study,aiming at learning about the differences of students’learning sensitivity and learning benefits between this innovative teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode and exploring the effectiveness of blended learning teaching mode in practical courses.It is found that the blended learning mode has more positive impact on students’academic performance by the combination of diverse teaching methods.Meanwhile,it gains a better evaluation of students’satisfaction and engagement in learning.
