摘要
基于社会认知和人本主义理论,以高职院校不同类型学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查法、访谈法以及教学实验法,分析高职学生英语学习自我效能感与自主学习能力现状。通过比较教学实验前后学生自我效能感、自主学习能力的差异,论证英语教学策略的有效性。结果表明:高职学生英语学习的自我效能感与自主学习能力总体偏低,不同层次学生的英语学习特征差异明显,教师应针对受众特征,制定针对性教学方案,帮助学生设定合理的学习目标、激发正确的学习动力、调整有效的学习策略、开展必要的学习监督,逐步提升高职学生英语学习自我效能感,实现英语水平提升。
On the basis of the theory of social cognition and humanism,the relationship between vocational students’self-efficacy and self-learning ability is analyzed by questionnaires,interviews and teaching experiments.By comparing the differences of students’self-efficacy and self-learning ability before and after the teaching experiments,the effectiveness of English teaching strategies is demonstrated.The results indicate that the self-efficacy and autonomous learning ability of vocational college students are generally low,and the correlation between them is significant.Different types of students have obvious differentiation in English learning.Teachers should make specific teaching programs for them,help them set reasonable learning objectives and adjust effective learning strategies,stimulate their learning motivation,carry out necessary learning supervision,and gradually improve their self-efficacy of English learning.
