摘要
从人力资本的内涵出发,通过问卷调查对福建省3所民办本科高校2019届毕业生的人力资本积累情况和就业状况进行了测量,并采用回归分析的方法探析了人力资本对民办高校毕业生就业质量的影响。结合回归分析结论,从毕业生自身、学校、企业和政府四个层面提出了保障人力资本积累,提升民办高校毕业生就业质量的对策和建议。
On the basis of the connotation of human capital,the accumulation of human capital and employment status of graduates in 2019 from three private undergraduate colleges in Fujian Province was investigated through a questionnaire survey,and the impact of human capital on the employment quality of college graduates was explored by regression analysis.Finally,by combining the conclusion of regression analysis,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to deepen and guarantee the accumulation of human capital and improve the employment quality of private college graduates from four levels including graduates themselves,colleges,enterprises and the government.
